Goal chasing training! 5ways to change negative thinking patterns

– Choose a short term goal to accomplish.

– Write down a step by step action plan to achieve that goal.

– Meditate (practice belly breathing while thinking of accomplishing your goal) 10mins day.

– Complete 1 task toward that goal a day.

– Upon goal completion set a new goal!

The best way to break a bad habit is to replace it with a good one. Happy Empire building.
