Greetings #lovelights happy #stepitupsaturday quick update . This months #Gainofthrones 🏋🏾‍♀️💕💪🏾“Accountability Group” is going to be even more Food Focused on Meal-prepping because I know that’s what I struggle with most and especially as am told by non-cooks👩‍🍳 . So I’ll be doing this for round 2 of my 20 min/ day Transform You program which you can 👀 clips in today’s instastories. During round 1 I found that on days I’m not working out, I tend to skip meals. Since I don’t want to “undo” my results I been trying different things to help me stay the course! . Eating enough to reach my goals consistency seems to be an on-going Struggle with me, so I’m forever grateful for our brand new Ultimate Nutrition Fix I’m rolling out in collaboration with my favorite super trainer . In the past I’d make a little bit of progress then get comfortable constantly sabotages my results so I can’t wait to become a 👩‍🎓 again. My goal- mastery of nutrition for MYSELF bc even I know that 80% of my results is found in what I eat .
