December goals, Now that 21 dayslay fitcamp registration is coming to a close, with only 1 spot left. I am extremely happy to announce that Enrollment for 2019s last “New” Coach Academy is currently open.⁣ ⁣ My goal is to help 3 people with Dreams just as big as mine surpass them with this Business because paying it forward is exactly what this Business is all about. Whether your goal is financial or physical like losing that thanksgiving weight or getting your teeth fixed like me, together we are unstoppable ⁣ ⁣ With this new found #2020vision I’m turning pain into purpose I am not going through another decade with same dental issues I’ve been living with Now is the time to ⁣ start my New smile process. I’m currently researching Affordable options. Rest no more than 1 min between rounds. Complete 3-4 rounds for circuit 1 ( #kneeraises ; Alternating Toe tap #squatjumps & #reversecrunch ) and 1-2 rounds for circuit 2 ( #Burbees; #Russiantwist & #plankjumps ) displayed up 👆🏾 Shown here are the #boxjumps that took me out but Yo gurl form was on point becuz these #90degree angles was hitten 🙌🏾 cuz da lines in pants #dontlie also why recording your workouts help you can’t be afraid to ask for help when necessary!
