December goals, Now that 21 dayslay fitcamp registration is coming to a close, with only 1 spot left. I am extremely happy to announce that Enrollment for 2019s last “New” Coach Academy is currently open.⁣ ⁣ My goal is to help 3 people with Dreams just as big as mine surpass them with this Business because paying it forward is exactly what this Business is all about. Rest no more than 1 min between rounds. Complete 3-4 rounds for circuit 1 ( #kneeraises ; Alternating Toe tap #squatjumps & #reversecrunch ) and 1-2 rounds for circuit 2 ( #Burbees; #Russiantwist & #plankjumps ) displayed up 👆🏾 Shown here are the #boxjumps that took me out but Yo gurl form was on point becuz these #90degree angles was hitten 🙌🏾 cuz da lines in pants #dontlie also why recording your workouts help you can’t be afraid to ask for help when necessary!
