Entrepreneursbelike bathroom time be like a real life EssaRae series. Talking Your self through a tough time trying to put your work face on, as a text from yo bank come in saying yo savings are quickly dwindling lol 😢 😂 looking in the mirror singing Cardi B I say we go win I’ve been down 9 xs but I get 10 I used to be one of those people that thought 💭 bodybuilding would make me look like a manly my fear was getting that thick cobra 🐍 neck that Kevin Hart says swole people always have lol 😂 Truth is when I started body building it wasn’t because I wanted a smaller waist and big booty. It wasn’t because I wanted to start an Online Business, It was simply and still is simply to have a proportionate body and not look like a linebacker 😂 ! As a swimmer and former lifeguard of 12 years who is better stroke was butterfly; I developed a pear 🍐 shape body where my shoulders grew broader at the top. & yes alot of Black People can 🏊🏿‍♀️ And well! Truth is I was the girl who so used to being good at things 1 time I had to actually work at something to be good at it I ran to something familiar (job) instead tried to become someone else 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just because I was not seeing as much growth in my own business as the next person . I was ready to give up. I was fed up with people still asking me to train them for free despite all the free advice & tips I consistently already shared Those that have already come on board with me have already proven my value! BECUZ of THEM, I CAN & BECUZ of Me, SO CAN YOU WELLNESS Begins with WE Together WE can accomplish AMAZING THINGs! My job is to show you how! Today I SAY “NO MORE QUITTING” on Me Period, My Goals, And Especially my Business!!! After A year of guided Training, I have finally start to see real significant progress and my #homemadecurves definitely makes me feel more womanly & proportional! Now and forever a true believer in the process because I know for a fact that it works! Loving every part of my body now feeling more confident I don’t mind taking pictures of my back and butt because like me somebody out there need to know what’s Possible for them to Happy #flexfriday #freedomfriday #issalifestyle

You are Either in the Business of Life or Death, it’s up to you to choose! When I was working in construction most of my work trainings involved tons of statistics about death that was supposed to encourage safety on Construction 🏗 sites Dispite all this training,Month after month all I heard about was construction related deaths or accidents damn near every week in-person or on the news. So what was the problem? the persons that receives all this safety training are not the same persons that actually physically do the work on these job sites. Instead they work inside an office and send the non-safety trained temporary workers to these job sites hince the disconnect 🤦🏽‍♀️ Sad thing is most companies are more concerned with their bottom line 💰 rather than your well- being. Although they talk a good game, The numbers never seem to add up, no matter how many ways you crunch them lol 😆 Over the last year as an employee ; I was Stressed 😫 overworked and underpaid, Discriminated against by co-workers and Managers for simply being a women all trying to get 1 up on next person just to get ahead, life was being sucked out of me. Over the last Month Back as My Own Boss again in Business of Life 😝; this #beachbabe training is all about My businessbesties sharing their success stories #workingfromhome saying how building Residual Income, literally changing Lives, & Saved some of their marriages, pay off student loans👩‍🎓 reverse their diabetes, helps their kids deal with body issues & self esteem and more importantly how I am Capable, loved 💗 & celebrated🎊 for being #authenticallyme and they are there to help me however possible and the 💭 of finally being able to put down some roots in a virtual space I can finally call home until we meet at our #2020 #business retreats with my CHOOSEN #businessbesties #livinmybestlife is definitely like a dream come true that’s how I know I am #closertomydreams grateful for these #orderedsteps anybody else feeling #christmasinjuly ??? . . . #hallelujah #wonthedoit #MyBestLifeEmpire #choosedaytuesday

Greeting my #AerialGems 💎 Happy #tiptuesdays “you can’t control everything in life, but you can control what you put in your body!” Why I loveee salmon croquettes or fish patties as some of you may call it; super easy to make, cheap, and can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Pairs well with almost any carb and veggies! You can have them plane or stuffed I stopped eating them as much because of how they are typically prepared! Deep fried in oil, leaving stomach feeling heavy and fuller than normal Determined to find away to have them more often I decided to AirFyer with same ingredients and No oil and Bam💥 To my surprise 🤩not only do they taste 10xs times better but you can actually taste all the I’m delicious ingredients (onions, peppers 🌶 & seasoning) and the actual taste of the Salmon (fish) is not Diluted by the breadcrumb coating! Super light on the stomach feeling full and digest a whole lot quicker leaving me hungry again in few hours instead of feeling full the rest of the day! Since using the air fryer we haven’t bought oil in 3 months allowing us to eat more food & save $$$ while losing several inches of fat off our waist and backs!
